TMS #285 and a Special Prize Package!

Welcome back!  Happy Tuesday!!
I am happy to share my favorite sketch from 2014!

Along with our wonderful sponsor, DeeDee's Digis, (who has a generous $15.00 gift certificate to her store) I am also sponsoring a prize package of my own.  That's right, it's another two prizes week!
Two chances of winning, and all you have to do is play along with us at Tuesday Morning Sketches!

Since it is my favorite sketch week, I wanted to give a special little prize as a thank you. I have been blogging for just over two years now and have had the privilege of being part of the TMS Design Team for a year.  So as a thank you to all my wonderful followers and fellow bloggers who always leave such wonderful comments, I have a special prize to give away!

So to share the love, I am offering a little Valentine package, just in time to create a few Valentine cards!

For your chance to win one of this week's prizes, create a card using this sketch and link it up over at the Tuesday Morning Sketches blog.

I made a fun little Valentine with DeeDee's free January Digi of the Month, Ice Fishing.
I used one of the outlined images from this set and colored it with my Prismacolor pencils.  It's hard to see in the photo, but I did add some shimmer to the snow.

Now it's your turn! Go play and then link up your project for a chance to win!  Two random entries will be picked to win one of this weeks prized!

Need a little more inspiration?  Check out the other DT projects! They are fantastic!
Remember to leave them a comment, spread the love!

Tuesday Morning Sketches #284

Welcome back Tuesday Morning Sketches fans!
We have a great sketch this week and a great sponsor - Doodle Pantry!
If you're not familiar with Doodle Pantry, be sure to check them out, they have some wonderful digital images.
Doodle Pantry takes pride in creating a diverse selection of doodling styles, like realistic or whimsical, and all of which are family and kid friendly illustrations.  We hope you enjoy our wide variety of styles for every family occasion!

This week's favorite sketch pick comes from Jessi.

  Looks fun, doesn't it?!

I created this fun Valentine card, featuring one of the monsters from the Monster Mash set from Doodle Pantry.

I colored this cute monster with my Copics. (Yes, I still more practice with these markers!)
I used purple and red Copic markers to make some awesome colored gems! I also added some doodle lines around the edge of the banner to add a little interest.

Now it's your turn! Create a card and share it by linking it up over at Tuesday Morning Sketches,   One random entry will win some awesome Doodle Pantry digis!

Now it's time to check out what the other DT members created!

Have a fun week!
God bless!

I am so happy to be part of the Nov/Dec GIU hop!
I am the last stop on the hop.  The hop starts at the Unity Blog, you can get there by clicking  HERE!
We are featuring Angie Blom's Angie Girls!
These stamps are gorgeous, and you can get them half price this weekend!

One lucky commenter will win 2 Angie Girl stamps!
So be sure to leave a comment on each blog for a better chance to win.

I am featuring Christine Girl.

I created two cards, with two different color schemes.
For the first one, I used more traditional colors on the image.

For the second, I went with a more non-traditional blue.

Love Angie Girls!   I used watercolors to color both images.

Here's the list of participating GIU gals, remember to leave a comment at each one for a better chance of winning 2 awesome Angie Girl stamps!

TMS and Bugaboo!

Who's ready for another Tuesday Morning Sketch?
We have Jenee's favorite sketch this week.  We also have a double prize week!

Play along with us this week and you can win some wonderful Bugaboo images

or some Inky Impressions stamps, that Jenee has generously offered as a prize!

For a chance to win one of these great prizes, just use this sketch and link it up over on the Tuesday Morning Sketches blog.

I used Bugaboo's Stella Birthday Over the Hill.  to create this fun birthday card!  I colored the image with Copic markers.  (I really need a lesson on coloring grass!)  I used part of the fun sentiment on the outside, putting the rest on the inside.  I added a strip of yellow card stock with some washi tape, then some bakers twine and button to accent the card.

Now it's your turn!  I would love to see your take on this fun sketch and you could win some awesome prizes too!

Be sure to check out the other Design Team members blog they have some awesome cards to share with you!

First Tuesday Morning Sketch of 2015!!

Happy New Year!
I hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas and a wonderful New Year!
It's time for the first Tuesday Morning Sketch of 2015!!
We are kicking off the new year with some old sketches!
We are starting the year off by looking back and using the DT's favorite sketches from 2014.

Debbie has picked her favorite to start us off.  She is also our wonderful sponsor this week.
This week you could win a $10.00 gift certificate to Sweet and Sassy Stamps!  One of my favorite stamp companies!

Here is Debbie's favorite sketch pick...

Here's my creation....

Hope it's not too late to share a Christmas card!  The bunny and tree background are from Purple Onion Stamps. I've had these stamps for a few months, finally had a chance to ink them up. I colored the bunny with Distress markers and Prismacolor pencils.  The tree line background was colored using Inktense water color pencils.  I added some Glitter Glaze from MFT to the snowy ground to give it some sparkle. White gel pen was used to add some falling snow to the winter sky.

Be sure to stop by the other DT blogs for some amazing inspiration.  Be sure to leave them a little love!

Remember to link up your creation by Sunday evening, one random entry will win a $10.00 gift certificate to Sweet and Sassy Stamps!

Tuesday Morning - Anything Goes!

Welcome back Tuesday Morning Sketches fans!
Are you ready for the Holidays?
I am ready for some family time, but I still have some wrapping to do and hopefully all the presents will arrive in time!
To give us time to enjoy our families, this will be a two week, anything goes challenge.
So try something new, use those new crafty goodies! This is a great time to be creative and show us your style!
Melissa is sponsoring this week with a gift card or shopping voucher.  To where will be a surprise!

For my card this week, I am sharing this CAS Christmas card.
This is a simple and fun card to make.  Great for mass producing.  The image is from Penny Black's White Christmas.  I stamped it on water color paper and used Inktense pencils and my water brush to create a water colored look.   I added some stars to the sky using a white gel pen.  Cut out the image, matted it on an over-sized red mat, added some twine and adhered to my card front.  Nice and simple!

Be sure to stop by the other Designer's blogs, they have some wonderful projects to share with you!
