TMS #348 Landscape

Welcome back Tuesday Morning Sketches fans!
Are you ready for another creative sketch?
This week's sketch is one from Debbie and it's a good one!

Our sponsor this week is Patti and she's offering the cutest stamp set to one randomly drawn winner.  This is a CTMH stamp set  called Balloon Animals. Don't these look fun?!

And now for the sketch....

I used a silhouette image from an old stamp set called Country Road from Flourishes Stamps.  Unfortunately, Flourishes is no longer in business.  I love this image!  I used black embossing powder to heat emboss the image.  I then used Distress Inks and a water brush to create a pretty water-colored sun rise.  I used washi tape for my diagonal element.  I also moved the bow element up to the corner of my image panel, so not to distract from the image.

Be sure to stop and see what the rest of the team has created this week, and leave them a little love!

Thanks for stopping by! I can't wait to see what you create and be sure to enter so you can be in the running for the cute Balloon Animal stamp set from CTMH!

TMS 347 Lacy Sunshine Stamps

Happy Tuesday Morning!

I am happy to share another Tuesday Morning Sketch!

We also have a new sponsor to go with our new sketch, Lacy Sunshine Stamps!

Lacy Sunshine  Stamps offers  beautiful original and imaginative  digital stamps  for all your paper crafting needs.

All images from Lacy Sunshine are  created and hand drawn by  Heather Valentin, a professional artist, muralist and  illustrator.

From the art desk of Lacy Sunshine's creator....
"I am one  who loves creating timeless pieces from my heart and  soul, creating an extraordinary world filled with magic and whimsical friends.... one drawing at a time.  Come  journey with me now into my Lacy Sunshine World".

Thank you for taking the time to visit. Enjoy your stay!
Happy Crafting....

Heather

And now for the sketch!

I used the cute Lacy Sunshine image EmmiLou Boo.  I colored the image with Prismacolor colored pencils and gamsol.  I added a "sending you" sentiment and on the inside added "a little bit of sunshine".  I used some paper from my stash and some scraps of burlap to add to the country feel.

Be sure to stop by and see what the other designers have created using this weeks sketch.

Thanks for stopping by! I can't what to see what you create with this week's sketch!

TMS and A Day for Daisies

It's Tuesday!!  Time for another Tuesday Morning Sketch!

So excited for this week's sketch and sponsor!
Melissa has a great sketch this week and we have a new sponsor!
Our sponsor this week is new to us and so fabulous!  A Day for Daisies is joining us and we are absolutely thrilled.

The prize is a $12 shopping voucher - which is 3 digi stamps of the winners choice!

I fell in love with the digital stamps from A Day for Daisies and I think you will too!

Now, onto the sketch!

I used the adorable Breeze in Spring image for my card.  I colored  the image with Prismacolor pencils, blending the colors with gamsol.  I added a few sequins and a button and bow accent.  For my strip I used seam binding ribbon and lace.  I used some Distress ink to "age" the white lace.

Be sure to see what the other designers have to share with you this week, and leave them a little love!
