TMS #253 - Make it Masculine

Happy Tuesday everyone!
My blog has been a little quite lately.  My life has been very busy, but hopefully it is back in the slow lane for a while!

I hope you're ready for another fun challenge from Tuesday Morning Sketches!

This week is all about Debbie.  Uh - no.  All from Debbie.  That's better.  She is sponsoring this week so it was only fitting to play along with one of her sketches, too.  And the added twist....  Masculine.  With Father's Day quickly approaching this would be a great jumping off point.  Or,  you can create something special for a special guy in your life.  Big or small.

Check out this week's awesome prize!
Prize: Spectrum Noir "Essentials" 6 marker set
Here's the sketch Debbie created for us....

And here's my card this week...
I love this fun digital stamp, All About Dad , from Sassy Cheryl's.  Wouldn't any Dad love to spend Father's day napping in a hammock?
Colored with Prismacolor pencils and a little Distress marker.  Stamped  the word Enjoy on a tag made with a Sizzix die.  Tied the tag to my ribbon with some string and popped the snoozing Dad image up with foam tape. A little inking around the edges and my card was done.

Thanks so much for stopping by! I can't wait to see what you create!

Remember to make it masculine to be eligible for the prize!

Need a little more inspiration?  Check out the other Design Team members blogs and see what they've created for you!

  1. What a fabulous card Kris, this is such a great image.

  2. I love this card, Kris!! That image just makes me smile! I love the ribbon and tag!!

  3. Bwahaha!! Now THIS is a hard father's day card image to beat! Great take on the sketch, and I love how you tied the sentiment tag onto the card! Fun stuff :)

Thank you for your comments, they warm my heart!
