Ragged Old Flag

Quick post to share another Veteran's Day card.




Thanks to the sketch over at Share Joy Challenge #7.
I flipped the sketch for my card.



I used Unity's Ragged Ol' Flag set for this card.  I love the quote in this set!  I used gelatos applied directly to the flag stamp, misted with water and stamped on mixed media paper.  I then stamped the quote over the flag once it was dry.  Distressed the edges and inked with Old Paper Distress ink.
This card will go to a local Veteran.

    Yes! My son's in the Army National Guard, and I sent cards twice a week while he was in training! No stranger to Patriotic Cards, yours fabuous!
