TMS#340 with Digital Delights

Welcome back!  It's Tuesday and you know what that means!?  It's time for another Tuesday Morning Sketch!

Our sponsor this week is Digital Delights by Louby Loo!

Here is this week's sketch.

and my card...

I used the Digital Delight image Farmer Mitzy for my card.  I used the print and cut feature on my Silhouette cutting machine to cut out the image, so much better then fussy cutting!  I colored the image with Copics then popped it up on my little scene panel.  I created a little scene behind my farmer with a fence stamp, a grass die and a cloud stencil. (little bit of everything in that scene!) Some twill ribbon and twine I colored with Distress ink make up the lower horizontal element of the sketch. (yes, I goofed and forgot it was suppose to be the sentiment panel!) I also added a fun wavy stitch pattern with a stitched die from MFT.   My sentiment was stamped using the Misti stamping tool.

Now it's time to check out the cute cards from the rest of the TMS design team!

Now it's your turn, take the sketch and go have fun!
Thanks for stopping by!
God bless!!

  1. Adorable image; adorable card. You definitely knocked this one out of the ball park. LUV it.

  2. Cute card, thanks for sharing with Crafting from the Heart!

  3. This is so cute Kris... reminds me of my youngest grandson & makes me want to just go grab and hug him.

  4. Such a cute card and put together expertly! Great job!

  5. Hi Kris,

wow, you did great with the print and cut - I really need to do this more often. Do you print on an entire BIG sheet or do you print to a smaller area, like 4 x 6 or something. At any rate its GORGEOUS - what a sweet card!

  6. Such a cute image. Thank you for joining us at Crafting from the heart.

  7. Sooo cute! The image is great popped up, and I love the texture of your ribbon and twine!

  8. Super cute card! I love the scene. I like the print n cut feature, you're right, it's way better than fussy cutting. I think I need to calibrate my machine because it doesn't cut so perfectly. How do you feel about that Misti tool? I still can't see spending that kind of money. I'd love your review.

Thank you for your comments, they warm my heart!
