Happy Tuesday Morning!
Time for another Tuesday Morning Sketch!!

I am so happy to welcome two new designers to the Tuesday Morning Sketches team!
A big welcome to Wanda and Patti!
Be sure to scroll to their links toward the bottom of my post and welcome them to our team!

We also have a new sponsor, here's a little info about Craftin' Desert Divas from Melissa.

We have a new sponsor this week, too.  I am so excited that Tara of Craftin' Desert Divas agreed to sponsor us!  She has an absolutely wonderful shop.  I love the images available in her store and tons of dies, too.  Wonderful place to just spend hours looking around.  When you do, be sure to have plenty of napkins on hand because you'll be drooling over all the goodies, starting with their $1.99 sequin mixes!

Now lets get to it!

So it dawned on me that Easter will be here soon and I don't have any Easter cards ready!
This sketch provided just what I needed to remedy that!  I inked up a die cut circle with some Distress Inks to create a sunrise.  The crosses were die cut from some black card stock.  I dyed some seam binding ribbon with the ink left on my craft mat from inking up the circle.  I stamped a little Easter sentiment on the round tag and popped it up with foam tape.  A little embossing, a little inking, and a little layering and wallah!

Now it's time to visit the other DT members, they have some amazing cards to share with you!

     Debbie
     Jenée
     Jessi
     Lee
     Melissa
     Patti - Welcome!!
     Wanda - Welcome!!

Now it's your turn!  Have fun and be sure to link up your creation.  You may the the lucky winner of some  Craftin' Desert Divas images!

God bless!!

  3. BEAUTIFUL Easter card. So like how you did the background behind the silhouette crosses. Very dramatic.
