Veteran's Day card and Share Joy

Thanks to the sketch over at the Share Joy Challenge, I was able to get a Veteran's Day card done!
Every year my sister puts together some care packages for some local veterans that live in a retirement center.   For the last few years, I have been making cards to go with the care packages.
Hoping they get as much joy from the cards as I get making them!!

Thanks for stopping by!

Have a blessed week!

  8. The back ground is so awesome. The white wood and the red white and blue with the stars, did you paint that or is it paper. This is a terrific card.

  11. Love your card. I am not familiar with Taylored Expressions. What is the name of the stamp? Is it still available? Thanks. mbrown2brits@gmail.com

    1. Thanks! This stamp is not a Taylored Expressions stamp, even though I love their stamps too! This is actually a stamp set called Unity in America, from the Unity Stamp Company. Sorry I forgot to mention that in the post! Here's a link.
